Only translate text after a colon

Hi community,
I am struggling with a Word document where I only need to translate text after a colon. There are about 8,000 words in the text in the file, with only 2k that actually need translating.  How can I make sure that only the text I need to translate is shown in the editor (using Studio 2015)? I was thinking of using a macro to hide the unneeded text before importing the file into Studio, but I cannot come up with a Regex to search for the text before the colon. Does anyone have any suggestions? The basic structure of the document is like this:

"fairly long bit of unneeded text in quotes" [random number of tab stops followed by colon]: "text for translation in quotes",
"another line starting with unneeded text in quotes" [a few more tab stops followd by colon]: "text for translation in quotes",
