Help with getting XML file to recognize embedded content tags

Question

I regularly work with XML files and have 2 different custom file types in order to read them in Trados. For both kinds of file types, we have sets of regex rules under Embedded content (Legacy) that tags non-translatable items. We have no issues with the tags using one file type, but for the other one, they don't work at all. This is what my detection and parser settings look like:

For Embedded content, I have sdl:paragraph and x-tm-listitem chosen (same ones that are chosen for the other custom XML type we use), then the list of regex rules. I'm thinking I'm missing something in the parser or the document structure information, but I have no idea what. Is there anyone who can offer some help?

Hi Beatriz, 
 Apologies for the late response. I thought I was going to need more time for this one so set it aside until now. But actually I think the solution is simple. If you look at your screenshot above you have not set any "Context" against the rule. This is needed because the regular expressions you created act on the parser rules on the basis of their "Context". So I added "Paragraph" and in the sample you sent me that seems to catch the tags that I think were not picked up before:
