Trados doesn't let me do anything on Batch tasks

Question

Hi, I need somebody&acute;s help to fix this serious issue I'm experiencing on Trados Studio 2015 SR2. 
 When I add file to a created project, click on it and click Batch Tasks icon, doesn't appear anything there.

 I have many projects already created, so also I tried adding files there but happens the same thing. 
 However I can create new projects correctly. 
 I tried adding xlsx, txt and docx format files, so I think the problem is not of the files. 
 I would really appreciate if somebody can help me.

Looks like the project you want to work with has a status "Completed". Check in projects view and reactivate it (revert to in progress).
