QA Checker greyed out in Trados 2017

Question

Hi, 
 I'm trying to use the Translation Quality Assessment in Trados 2017, but it just shows as greyed out. 
 What can I do to run it?

Hi Aleksander, 
 
Maybe check you have the Professional version first as this feature can only be enabled with this version. If you receive a package where TQA is required then you can use it then, but you can't set it up yourself without the Professional version. 
 
There are other options if you work with Freelance but let's clear this up first in case we need to solve a different issue.
