Multiple columns in Bilingual Excel files

Hello, I frequently receive excel files with multiple columns in the source language and corresponding multiple columns in the target language. How can I set this up? I understand how to do it when there is only one column for each language, and I tried entering more than one letter in the source language, ex.: ACE and BDF for target, but I still only get one column added per language. Is this even possible? Thanks.
