unable to open a pacakage

Question

I begin to use Studio with Windows 10. When I try to open a package I obtain an error message about temporary files already in process. What to do ?

Hi Christian, 
 
Given the message refers to temporary files I'd be suspicious of your antivirus of security software that might not be allowing Studio to create temporary files to handle the package. Maybe try temporarily disabling your security software an try again, just to see if this makes a difference. If it does then you'll need to add Studio to your security software as a safe program.

Can you provide more details on what the error message is please, along 
with which Studio version you are using and which version the client is using to create the package and whether this is a PPX or maybe a GS project 
Any screen shots that you can provide are also really useful.
