Where can I buy AutoSuggest Creator - I can't find it anywhere??

The AutoSuggest icon is turned off on my 2017 ribbon, and I am told that it is necessary to purchase AutoSuggest Creator, but there is no indication of WHERE to buy this program. Your comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated, please.

Hi Michael,

Please log in to your SDL Acccount/ LICENSES (check for UPGRADES)- here you will then see the options available to you and your particular license version.

Or you can buy from the store-

Please note that AutoSuggest Creator will not work on older license versions.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the direct email.

I have now manually added AutoSuggest to your account and applied a nice discount for you as well.

Once the order is completed- Please deactivate your Studio 2017 license- wait 20 minutes (maybe have a nice a cuppa and well earned break whilst our servers sync) and then reactivate your Studio 2017 license.

AutoSuggest will now be active in Studio 2017.

Good morning Steve: Thank you for your replies - however, (a) there is nothing under Licenses (Upgrades), and (b) I can't find where you have added the AutoSuggest (with discount) to my account. I hope this is much cheaper than the €200 quoted on the SDL.store, which is almost as much as the 2017 upgrade itself!! Your specific instructions will be greatly appreciated as to where I can find your addition to my account, and what I need to do with it (order, pay, etc). Thank you again for your kind assistance.

Hi Michael,

Please log in to your SDL account/ORDERS/Outstanding and you will see the invoice.
I can assure you the price will also be to your liking.
Just click on the invoice and you will directed to pay online selecting Credit Card or Paypal.
Then the activation will show up in your account.
(Please bear in mind the tips above about activation).

Hi Steve: The only Outstanding Order, No. 444023, is for Premium Software Maintenance Agreement (PSMA) Number: PSA818020086, which I do not recall having requested. Is there supposed to be something for AutoSuggest as well??

Hello again: Upon reviewing the details of Order 444023, I found that it included the AutoSuggest Creator, and the PSMA title was incorrect. This has been paid and I will try to follow the rest of your instructions. Thank you again for your assistance.

Hi Michael-

I know its sometimes misleading- but PSA- is the account reference and is not the same as PSMA.

The order is indeed correct ...

So you are good to go - First deactivate Studio 2017- wait for 20 minutes

Refresh your account and then reactivate Studio 2017- you will then have the AutoSuggest included in Studio 2017.
