Save target as takes too long

Question

I want to save my translation and get it back to the original format. 
 When I click ''save target as'' in Studio Trados 2017 it takes way too long. The process has now been already running for 2 hours with no success. 
 How can I get my translation out of Studio?

Was this file part of a package or did you create the project yourself? Are there any windows behind Studio that you don't see waiting for you to action a command?
