Error message: The process cannot obtain access to the file C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\large number which changes always\project name .. because it is used in another process

Question

I installed Trados Studio 2017 a month ago on a new PC, everything was fine at the beginning, Two weeks later an error message (see subject) started to appear, noe I cannot open packages or save sdlxliff files etc., well I cannot work properly with it. I already deinstalled Trados and installed it again. Please help. Thanks in advance for any useful advice.

The problem sounds like it is being caused by Antivirus Software. 
You will probably need to configure your Antivirus Software to exclude (ignore) the Temp folder in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp.
