I have finished my translation/review on Studio 2017. Before exporting the TM in order to send it to the customer in a tmx file as requested, shall I update the Project TM through "update the TM" within batch activities. As far as I know at the moment, the Project TM is already updated every time I have reviewed and corrected my segments. What is therefore the "batch TM update" for? thank you very much

Yes. But if you're worried just run the batch task... it won't hurt and you won't get duplications :-)

Maybe you have duplicates in the translation? These won't get duplicated. Maybe you have number only segments, or some other recognised placeable. The Studio TM will only store one of these as this is all it needs to be able to translate the whole file from the TM.
