SDL License Manager

Question

In our SDL License Manager Studio -Professional 2017 is showing up as a Commuter Trial for some reason.

Hi Paul, 
 
I have checked your account and these licenses are time limited - (hence the reference to trial). 
You should be able to use them as normal and without restriction (Studio 2017 and MultiTerm 2017 are both available in your account for download and installation.

Hi Paul, 
 I'm not sure if the same ports are used- but the message would suggest the server is offline. 
 If you have removed/deleted the old licenses (none are showing as active) could it be that SDL License Server Manager was also removed/corrupted and needs reinstalling?
