TMs are not created or just fill a few lines and stop

Dear all,
I have just acquired Studio 2017 and used to have 2011 by now.  In both versions I encounter the same problem: I can read and use TMs I get from my customers, all contents of the TMs turn up properly while I translate. However, I can not set up any TMs, or rather, after setting them up, they do not fill with any contents or just fill until line 25? 30? and then stop covering anything. And when I try to use them in the next translation, no content turns up, nothing shows if I press F3 (to show all places a specific word has turned up in before) either. Is this something I already inherited from Studio 2011? What could be the problem?

    Hello Karen,
    I presume that when you say 'they do not fill with any contents' you are looking at the translations in the Translation Memory view. Based on that assumption, there are 2 things you can do (this is for Studio 2017):
    1. In the top ribbon, you should see 'Next Page' as something you can click. Click that to see if you have more.
    2. To view more at one time (as a default), you can go to File | Options, click on Translation Memory View. In the right side of the pane, you can change the value in 'Number of translation units per page' to multiple options.
