How can I get a total log of a package that contains a lot of subfolders?

I have a package with many subfolders. Each subfolder contains several documents. How can I get a Word Count of the entire package?

I do not any have options within the Batch Tasks, except when I select a folder that contains files, so I get the log of that precise folder, but not for the whole package.

I hope you can help me!
