can't open a wsxz package with Trados 2009

Hello everyone,

I have a wsxz file to open with SDL Trados 2009 and when Try to import the package, I have an error code -2147220888 : The termbase definition contains two fields with the same name at the same level.
I don't know what to do. The client wants me to work with this extension file wsxz.

Can someone help me please?

Hi Veronique, 
 
I haven't seen this error before but there are a couple of things you can try: 
 
1. Send me the wsxz and we'll take a look at it for you to see if we can reproduce and resolve the issue, 
2. Unzip the package and handle the files inside as opposed to the package
