Apply project settings to any project

Question

How do I add the "Apply" option to my task bar? I checked with a colleague who works with the same Studio Version (2015 SR2 12.2.5195.7). When he clicks on "Ribbon Customization", he gets the option to add the "Apply" option but strangely enough I do NOT have that option. Any ideas?

I found out that I needed to install a certain plugin that our company provides. But thank you very much for your quick answer! It might help users who have a similar question.
