Hello all,
I sent a package that was generated by an automatic action in XTRF to a translator who has Studio 2017. XTRF connected with Studio 2015 to create the package. The translator was unable to open the package that was generated by the system and received an error message that the file type is not supported. I contacted XTRF Support about the issue and was told to contact SDL because XTRF uses the SDL API. Has anyone else had this issue?
