2 pop-up windows close prematurely and the functionalities don't fully apply (ad new term AND Save Target as)

Question

When I click to apply these two functions, the windows "crash" and the function doesn't apply fully. 
 TM: in this case the term gets added but I don't have the chance to get in there and apply my translated version to complete the addition to my TM. 
 Save target as (enregistrer cible sous): the window quickly disappears before I have the chance to see the export save completely. When I try to open the word doc afterwards, I get this error message: 
 
 These two errors are slowing me down. How can I fix this?

What version of Studio is this?

I'd try a Studio reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0
