Re-activation of Trados 15 Starter on new computer failed / cannot re-activate on old computer (can't work, help!)

Question

Hello, 
 I deactivated Trados 2015 Starter on my old computer as in the Trados How-To video to activate on my new one. 
 The old computer shows that Trados license is expired. However, on the account, 0 is available. It looks like it was not deactivated. 
 Now I cannot activate it anymore, not on the old computer and not on the new computer. I have to work. What can I do?

Hi Sandra, 
 
Have just sent you an email in regards to the License reset. 
 
To have a license reset- this is now very simple via gateway.sdl.com/webtocase 
Simply fill in all the details required and as registered to your SDL account. 
Our lidcensing department will then reset your license for you.
