I'm afraid not. If you look at the product help you'll see this:
In the Customize Ribbon dialog box, you can add new tabs and groups and move them around to change their display order on the ribbon. Currently, this imposes the following limitations:
"Change case" is an action within a dafult tab which is why the remove button is also greyed. Maybe another one for ideas!
