How do I insert a new or change an existing Hyperlink in Trados 2015?

I translate texts for the EU and I need to change the language versions of documents that are provided via hyperlink in the source text to the target language version. How do I change in Trados the Hyperlink that is connected to the Hyperlink-Tags?

Hi Joseann, 
 
This depends on the format of the file you are translating. If they are word files for example then you can use the options in the filetype settings to extract the hyperlinks for translation. This article may be helpful for you:
