Last month, I accidently left my laptop in another country so I lost it. I need to buy a new laptop and install my 2014 license. I have not found instructions to return the license other than doing it from the old laptop, which I do not have anymore. I am about to travel again and need to have this solved or stop working for a month... not good for a freelance translator.

Please follow this link to reset your license https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

Then go to your account, Products and Plans - Downloads to install the software on the new PC and use the license code in Products and Plans - Licenses to activate it.

Thanks a lot! I’ve never had problems with any version of Trados (I have 2017 in my PC and I started with 2006) so I searched and read and most of the time I did not understand. Thanks again.
