Problem exporting TM from Studio 2017.

Question

Have upgraded to Studio 2017. No problem with a few Studio TMs, but now I have one where the Export option is grayed out so I cannot use the TM in DVX. Did the client block that or is there anything that I can change so I can export as usual?

The most likely problem here is the most common... you have not selected the TM in the menu on the left in the TM Navigation Pane. I know it sounds obvious but it's come up in the past so worth checking.
