Hi,

I have been having problems when dealing with World Server packages. I am unable to import them into Studio (the icon doesn’t appear in the Window explorer when I select ‘open package’) and I also cannot create WS return packages. The problem seems to be specific to my own Studio licence as my colleagues have no problem with it. This is the error message I receive when trying to create return packages:

The required package converter, 'Sdl.TRanslationStudio.Packaging.Converters.WorldServer.WSPackageCOnverter, to generate the return package is not installed.
