Translating sllxliff files on 2 different comptures

Dear Collugues,

Simple question:

I created a project on my desktop

having got 3 files:

de-DE sdlxliff

fr-FR sdlxliff

example sldrproj

I should like to travel and continue working on my laptop.

Do I have to copy the above 3 files to a new folder in my laptop clicking on the example.sdlsproj file

or do I have to create a new project on the laptop.

I know that I have to copy the TM in the respeetive Trados 2015 file.

After having finished work I should like to cotinue on my desktop.

So I suppose I have to copy only the 2 sldxliff files to the existing project on my desktop and the changed TM to my desktop.

I did not find in the SDL community pages a detailed description of this procedure.

    What you need, is the file from the target folder and the TM you used in that very project - this is the simplest way, but certainly not the best.
    If I would be in your shoes, I would partition my HDD in both computers, getting a drive D for data. Then create exactly the same folder structure on both PCs. Place the TMs and TBs in an extra folder within this structure - exactly the same folder for both PCs. Then use this TMs/TBs to create projects. In order to get things form PC 1 to PC 2 I would then use a synchronization tool like Allway Sync. This way you would not need to move anything, but just synchronize before you go and when you return.
