Dear fellow linguists,
Out of the sudden, SDL Trados Studio 2017 stopped allowing me to open project packages from clients. This is the error I keep getting: Access denied to access path C/Users/Borja/AppData/Internet Temporary Files.
Any suggestion, please?

I am having the same issue in Studio 2019. I was able to change the path to the Local\SDL but not to the Roaming one. It keeps telling me that a file is open and can't do it. I've shut everything else down on my computer, so I don't know what could possibly be open in the background. This is really frustrating that Studio would stop working like that right out of the blue, and of course, I have crazy deadlines.
Any suggestion on how to fix this? It keeps wanting to go to My Music, and no, there are no packages or anything else besides music in My Music folder.

I was having the same issue in Studio 2017. I upgraded it to 2021 Professional the other day, it was working fine for two days or so and today the same error is on again!!! It's more than frustrating, because this was one of the reasons I finally decided on an upgrade.
