The following error messages occur:
1. The file is invalid - part of the file could not be
accessed/Origin Word 2007 v 2.0.0.0 (I am working with MS
Office 2016...)
2. The document is not bilingual since ´tw4winMark´ style
is not defined.
I am using Trados on Win 10, Mac, Parallels desktop and I
have never used to have problems uploading docx files.

I sounds as though your file has the tw4winMark style in it, and Studio uses this to determine whether it is bilingual or not. Unfortunately many files that started life as part of an old Trados workflow still use this style even if they are monolingual, so you just need to tell Studio that this file can still be processed normally. So set this option on your filetype:

No sound in this video (at the airport), but I think it's clear. I created a word document with two words in it and then tried to open it in 2014:
This version of Word is not supported in Studio 2014 and it's as simple as that... so I'd check that first.
