Files are not loaded

Question

Good day.. 
 I am working on Trados Studio 2014, I have already aligned files&rsquo; segments and imported them into the translation memory. When I open the Files tab, only 9 out of 12 folders are loaded and one of the folders have missing files. 
 I added the folders/files individually from the source language folder, but the segments translation is not loaded although they are already aligned, saved, and imported. 
 What am I missing here? should I fill the translation manually?!

Hi, 
 I am not exactly sure what you are trying to do. But you say that you added files in the source language side in Studio, is that correct? In order for the files to be copied to the target language, and have them populated with the translations from the translation memory you need to do two things. 
 1. Add the TM in Project Settings . 
 2. Run the batch task Prepare without Project TM (right-click the files on the source side > Batch Tasks > Prepare without Project TM ). 
 This might be the reason why you are not seeing all files on the target side in Studio.
