The Add Files command is greyed out and not active. I'm on the source language dialog but I cannot add any additional file to an existing project. Any suggestion? Same behaviour on both 2015 and 2017.

Single file project or proper Studio project? Or have you finalised the project so that you need to revert to sdlxliff before you can do anything else with it?

Yes, by design. That's why it's a single file project and not multiple file project ;-)
