Hi guys, I've been trying to upload a TMX file containing Vietnamese language but its always a fail with errors just that I cant seem to find detailed error desc to work on.
Pls advise am I looking wrongly?

Any translation units where the target is empty result in an error:
<tuv xml:lang="VI-VN">
<seg></seg>
</tuv>
You need to add content in the target.
