Cannot open .sdlxliff files without the .sdlproj file

Hello there,

When I have completed a project, I don't usually keep all the project files but just the .sdlxliff file. When I wanted to open this file later on, in former Studio versions, I was able to simply double-click on it and Studio would open it in the Editor view (automatically creating a new project file in the process in case I clicked on Save).

In Studio 2017, it seems I can only do this for some files, i.e. the ones set up in my standard language combination EN>DE. When I try opening an .sdlxliff with the combination DE>EN, Studio gives back an error, saying that the source language doesn't match the language expected by the project. This even happens when no project whatsoever is listed in the Projects view.

Any ideas what I could do to open old files with the .sdlproj files long gone?

Many thanks!

Birgit
