I have not tested but I think it should work - if you define TM filters - by your criteria (dates, users) you should be able to get these results. But your TMs must contain those users as those who updated the TM (since during review these data can change). So it will be definitely tricky, but some approximate results should be available.

 I don't know if there is an app that does this, but you should be able to get the numbers you want (at least some of them, depending on exactly what you want) by using the filter functions in Studio (maybe some pasting into Excel is needed to see the number of segments). If you are doing it regularly you can save the filters. 
 Another option is to export the TM and apply the appropriate filters, then you will be able to see the number of segments exported. I guess the approach depends on your use case.
