Only 100% matches showing in Editor

I'm using Japanese version of Trados Studio 2015. 
I found the same topic in the past but his question was unsolved and just left, so I want to ask the same question in the title again. 
I keep using Trados Studio but this happened first time. The major difference this time from other past documents is:
the file sent from my client has been converted from PDF to Word (.docx) so all the texts are enclosed in text boxes. (So TB appears in the code column on Editor)
Are the sentences in textbox not referred to for fuzzy matches?

    Hello Natsuki,

    It's quite hard for us to guess what your problem might be if you don't explain exactly what the problem is. So perhaps share a screenshot of what you are seeing and explain what you would expect to see for example? Or provide a small test file and sample TM that should be giving you the results you expect but it not.

    Generally you need to think how you would explain this to someone who can't see what you're looking at and then we'll be happy to help.
