Does anyone know how to jump to a desired Translation Unit Id in Translation Memory? In other words, instead of filtering by key word or hitting the Next Page button a million times I'd like to find a quick way to jump directly to the desired number in Translation Memory.

This is not possible in the Translation Memory view.
The following idea that already has 18 votes has a comment about your request:

A workaround, would be exporting the data as a TMX file, and using a TMX editor like Heartsome or Olifant.
For example, in Olifant, you can hit Ctrl+G and jump to a the row you want.
