Hello
I am starting using SDL starter. When I drag a file in order to translate, there is a screen ( TM and document setting), which I chose the language pair .After that I tried to select "OK", but it did not work, I restarted the software because I though this would help. However, it still does not work. Could you help me about this, please?

Are you able to attach a screen shot please so I can see what you are seeing?
This sound very much like you may be selecting a language (pair) that was not selected during the original install phase.
If this is the case you will need to run a Studio repair
