Are there any defined moderators for the existing groups?

Hi to all,

I would like to know if there is anybody of SDL supposed to act as a moderator in a defined group. I see a lot of people here around in translation productivity and answers are coming from all parts. It seems to work well in this group. In the new group for Groupshare, there is a big void. Nine of ten posts  don't receive any answer or hint  even after a very long time. Do you think this a good thing?

    Thank you for your statement. I have the same conception of community and if you check my profile, you will see, that I answer posts when I think to be able to give a hint. The stunning thing in the Groupshare group was that nobody seemed to reply to any post....

    Hi Martha, hi Luis,

    As Luis said, Martha. many users are at the same stage of learning as you on 2017 GroupShare. I'm glad you're an active member of the community, it's great for so many reasons, for example even posting a problem is helpful to other users because they can watch for an answer or post their own experience of the problem to broaden the possibility of finding a solution. I love how this works! Plus, even advance users have more to learn and this community is a great place to share experience and learn from each other.
    I'm sure that participation in 2017 GroupShare by all users will soon pick up and now Luis is back on board I'm sure solutions will be investigated and hopefully found on all your questions. I'm not a GroupShare user, so I can't help but in the meantime, thank you for your posts as I'm sure they help others :)

    Luis, what a shame to be ill straight after a vacation! I hope you weren't ill ON vacation, and that you'll soon be feeling 100% well again. Thank you for everything you do to help and teach us in the community, I've benefited from your input and knowledge so many times!
