Check that source and target end with the same punctuation - This function is not working!

Question

Hello, 
 I am facing a problem with the "Check that source and target end with the same punctuation" setting which should make sure that each source and target sentence ends with the same punctuation. 
 I have set this options ON but there is no way to see it working. 
 After settin this option ON, I try to confirm a segment where I forget (on purpose) to place the final end punctuation but the checking procedure does not detect the error and the sentence without the correct final punctuation is accepted as if it were correct. 
 Can you give me an explanation for this little issue?

Perhaps check the obvious first. Have you set this in your File -> Options, or your Project Settings? It's only going to work if you have this set in your Project Settings.

You didn't answer my question directly, but your screenshot may be a giveaway. This is File -> Options. Try making sure this is setup in your Project Settings. If you activated this after the project was created then it's not going to effect it at all. You need to make sure you have this set up in your Project Settings.
