Unlock segments in Studio 2017

Question

Hi everyone, 
 
 I have a problem unlocking locked segments in Studio 2017 files. 
 
 A client have asked me to insert corrections in a Studio Package with multiple files - and with many locked segments, where I also have to insert 
 corrections. The segments were locked when I received the package and I am now unable to unlock them by clicking Ctrl + L or by right clicking to the left 
 of the locked segment and chose the option Unlock segment. This option is greyed out. 
 
 Does any one have a suggestion for solving this problem?

Hello Marianne, 
there need to be no tracked changes and this feature needs to be disabled - then you can unlock the segments. It would be probably best to unlock all segments first, then you can use track changes and edit originally locked content. (see also Integrated Segments Action plug-in)
