I can't select files for return package

Question

I create a project package in Trados Studio 2015 and sent it to a team, but, once opened the package, after the translation for the team members it is impossible create a return package. 
 If they try to create the return package from the project list (rigth clicking on the project) there is no file listed in and it is impossible view and select the project files. 
 If they try to create a return package from the files list the option is greyed out and we can create only project package, that I can't open 'cause I'm the project creator. 
 Any suggest? 
 HELP!!

Eventually, a few days later, the problem was brilliantly solved by Paul visiting Milan during the trados roadshow. 
Paul noticed that all the pc's in the classroom LAN had the same Trados user name. In this way it was obviously impossible to create return packages for the package creation user. Thank you, Paul!

It's hard to know exactly what is happening here, presumably this normally works for you without a problem? Can we do a skype session and take a look perhaps? If you drop an email to pfilkin@sdl.com and give me your skype details we can do this.

Hi Gabriele, 
 It sounds as though you may have problems with the location of the project files. When I test your package, that also works fine for me, the path is this: 
 
 I'm wondering if you made this project available to all your class by centrally creating the project on one machine from a package and now the others can't get at the files because they didn't actually create the project from the package themselves... or something like that.
