Unable to create a Spanish Language ES-ES translation memory

Hello all.

 

When trying to create a TM (New Translation Memory) having Spanish-Spain as target language (ES-ES) the option does not appear.

 

I also have "Spanish (Latin America)" greyed out with an X and "Spanish (United States)" greyed out with "EN".

    - what version of Studio are using (Freelance, Starter, Professional, Express) and what year (2009, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2017)?
    Studio 2014 Freelance 11.0.3720.0

    - what language did you select if it's Freelance or Starter?
    Not sure what this means. I want to select Spanish (Spain) and it is not available. If you mean at installation time, I don't remember but I'm sure I did something rational.

    - where are you creating the Translation Memory in the software (TM Maintenance, File Options, Project Settings)?
    Home tab -- Translation Memory View -- New
