We have received for the first time from client 2 files (.hhc and .hhk from Robohelp) for translation, How to use sdl trados studio to translate them?

They look like XML files.
I'd create a new File Type for these 2 extensions based on the XML file type. You maybe need to parse the elements to translate, like name. There are some posts and videos in Paul's blog https://multifarious.filkin.com
