Hello, after an SR3 upgrade, I am unable to start SDL Trados 2015. I receive the following message: 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' could not be started. Kindly advise on what can be done to address this issue. Thank you in advance. Onana

Do you have any plug-ins installed?
Can you try deleting everything in the following folders and seeing if that helps?
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12\Plugins\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12\Plugins\
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12\Plugins\
Note that by clearing these folders, all your plug-ins will be gone and need to be re-installed.
