A Word (.docx) file (source file) have many comments. I translated it using Trados2015 and did cleanup process.
All comments that were included in the source file were lost in the cleanup file (.docx)
This problem occurs in multiple files.
If you know the solution, please tell me.

If you go to File > Options > File Types and select the Microsoft Word 2007-2013 or 2007-2016 file type, there should be a setting "Retain Studio target comments in target file" (or "Studioの訳文コメントを訳文文書に保持" in Japanese) under Common, is that checked?
