Studio 2014 does not recognize Word 2016 files. What can I do to solve this problem? The link to the KB article from the other question related to the same topic didn't work. That's why I ask again.

Hi Lisa,
Studio 2014 does not have filetype settings for versions of Word that were created after 2013.
The solution is to open the Word file and save it to a previous version, via File > Save As then select anything between Word 2000 and Word 2013.
Studio 2014 had some issues with either .doc or .docx - I can't remember which but it is probably .doc that works best.
