I am using the latest version of Trados Studio 2017 Freelance. I am trying to prepare a Word document for translation in the latest Word format (.docx). Track changes is off and all changes have been accepted. However, the batch process fails on "The given key was not present in the dictionary." I am not using Groupshare with any # in a name. If I convert to the previous version of Word (*.doc) I do not encounter this problem. However, many of elements of the text which are editable in the latest version of Word are not editable if the document is converted to the previous version. In the case of this text, this is a significant problem. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this problem or how I can work around it without converting to the previous version of Word? This problem seems to have been around since 2014.
