Question

I attach a file type here and an xml file, which I cannot convert to translatable format with this file type. The error message is as quoted above. 
 Any idea where the error can come from?

Hi Jerzy, it opens just fine with the default XML filetype, so I'd be more inclined to check your filetype settings. There's a lot of rules in there and I have no idea how they got created, but this would be the place to start I think.

 Have you tested this with a non-Beta version just in case? Also good to share the stack just in case there is something helpful in there.

Looks to me on a cursory inspection as though much of the file is all inheriting the condition under section which is translate="no"... perhaps.
