Would you please help to refund my Studio 2017 purchase?

Hi SDL team,

I just brought a license for Studio 2017 last night but I would like to request for a refund because I may not need the tool for the time being. I haven't activated the license yet so I guess that will make the refund process earlier. I will place my order again in the future.
