Hello,
Apologies for duplicating my enquiery here.
My Studio 2011 refuses to translate an .xls file. I start translating, after some minutes Studio simply closes. No error. Nothing. I'm using MS Office 2010 on WinXP.
The .xls file is packed with formulas (simple formulas). Can this be the reason?
Should I install Microsoft Office 2010: Primary Interop Assemblies Redistributable ??
Any suggestions?
Prompt help would be very appreciated, since I'm pressed for time...

I don't think this is related to formulas or the interop assemblies... at least I don't think so or you probably would not be able to open the file in the first place. Can you share the file so I can try and replicate the issue? This might help to know where to look. If you don't want to post it into this forum you can email me (if this is ok?) at pfilkin@sdl.com
