Studio 2017 missing sections

I just upgraded to Studio 2017 and have a horrendous bug...source-text sections that are missing and then turn up in Hebrew in the target document.
They are only visible in All Content in Review (not in All Sections), and then they don't have a segment number and still don't appear in the target.
 
I simply don't have time atm to analyze further but perhaps you have encountered this and there is a quick-fix/patch of sorts?
 
I'm working on a document with hundreds of end-notes and it's driving me crazy and wasting hours of time. I wish I hadn't upgraded now.

    Hi Paul - I will email them to you, although this is work in process. You will see that some sections have no numbers and cannot be verified (they are only visible at all in "All content" view). I have discovered that if I translate them, they will appear in the TL in a target doc., but that is hardly satisfactory. They also appear 'automatically' in the SL column (without me having done anything). I don't know if it's a 'bug' (although I believe that is the correct term for a problem in a computer program) - but it is certainly an extremely worrying nuisance and needs to be fixed. I should add that previous chapters from the same source (split into smaller sections) exhibited no such problem before I upgraded to Studio 2017. I also believe that I am not the only user to have encountered this feature.
