Hi Marie,
The second message indicates that the termbase needs reorganisation. Open it in MultiTerm, click on the 'Home' (Acceuil ?) top tab then on 'Termbase Management' (Gestion de base terminologique ?) bottom left tab, then 'Reorganize' (Réorganiser ?) button to the right on the top toolbar (je devine les textes en français là)...
Reorganisation needs to be performed from time to time to keep termbases running smoothly.
