please can someone at SDL help reply? Hi, I am getting this message when trying to save a ttx file: The process cannot access the file C:\Users\lilab\UpData\Local\Temp\SDLTempFileRegen
5d2tmjt.so4 because it is being used by another process. But there is no process! nothing. restarting the software or the pc have not worked.

You didn't mention the version you are using so I'll assume Studio, although I'm not sure the answer would be a lot different. 
 
This kind of message is sometimes due to the use of an excitable security software, or AntiVirus, that is running on the temporary files being used by Studio when performing operations like this. Try disabling your security software/AntiVirus temporarily and see if this helps? If it does then you need to whitelist Studio to prevent it from being impacted like this.
